Refund policy
At Bayt Al Saleem, we take great care in ensuring every order is carefully inspected and beautifully packaged before dispatch.
Due to the personal nature of our perfume oils, we are unable to accept returns or exchanges on opened or used products for hygiene and safety reasons.
If your order arrives damaged, defective, incorrect, or incomplete, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery at support@baytalsaleem.com with your order number and clear photographs. We will review your request and, where appropriate, provide a replacement or refund.
If your order has not yet been dispatched, you may request a cancellation by contacting us as soon as possible. Once an order has been shipped, it cannot be cancelled.
Approved refunds will be processed to the original payment method within 5–10 business days, depending on your payment provider.
